Welcome to the St.Pete Italian Fest!

The 2025 Vendor Application Period is now open. 

The applications period will end on April 1st or when spaces are full.

​

To qualify as a vendor you must be either selling or promoting Italian food, beverages, products or services. 

​

Please fill out the application below to be considered for a vendor space.

Once approved you will receive a digital invoice for payment.

Vendor Rates

​

Food Trucks / Trailers (under 15ft long)- $250

Food Truck / Trailers (15ft- 30ft long) - $300

Food / Beverage -10 x 10 Tent Space- $200

Product / Services - 10x10 Vendor Space- $150

(Additional 10x10 vendor spaces are available for $100)

Please note: There will be no parking in the event area. There will be a vendor lot for trucks, trailers, and vehicles. Trailers must detach and move their vehicle to the vendor parking lot.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your acceptance of this entry form and fee, I, the undersigned intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Luxe Fashion Group (LFG) and the organizers, and their agents, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me, my team, or my guests in this event.  I further grant permission to LFG and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotapes or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
