Introduction: Welcome to Mad BurgerFest! Maderia Beach's first annual hamburger festival and car show. We would like to invite you to submit your most delicious and creative burger for a chance to participate in the Burger Contest! Winners receive an award plaque, and other prizes.

Restaurant Requirements:

• Must be located in Pinellas County

• Must serve at least one type of hamburger on your everyday menu (lunch or dinner)

• Be present the day of the event

• Contest Burger must be made fresh on event day

All burger must include a patty with any of the following:

• Certified Angus Beef

• Kobe Style Beef

• Fresh Ground Turkey

• Chicken Breast

• Seared Salmon

• Bacon & CAB Blended Patty

• CAB/Andouille sausage blend patty

• Seared Ahi

• Zinburger Veggie Patty

• Beyond Burger™ 100% Plant-Based Patty

Selection of the 2020 Best Burger will be conducted by an anonymous judging panel. Decision of the judges is final.

The following guidelines will be used in judging:

• Taste (of the patty) – 50%

• Appearance and Presentation – 30%

• Proper cooking temperature / degree of doneness – 10%

• Medium doneness, internal temperature reaches 160° F.

• Overall – 10%
